Delivery, Refunds & Returns

Delivery

Ordered goods will normally be dispatched within 21 days, of your order being accepted, unless otherwise notified to you by us. However, time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we can not be liable for any delay in delivery. We cannot be responsible for any import restrictions or duties on sales outside the United Kingdom. Please check before You place an order if You think these may apply.

Refunds & Returns

If You are not happy with Your newly purchased shoes, You have up to 2 weeks to return them to Us, unless they are custom made shoes. All We ask is that You send them back in the condition that You received them and in their original box.

Please try our shoes on a carpeted surface. Please do not walk outside or on hard surfaces. We cannot accept scuffed or damaged items back. To return items we recommend using Special delivery or recorded delivery available at the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Provided the goods are returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories you will receive a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) or a replacement. This does not affect Your statutory rights as a customer.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL RETURNS – UNLESS THEY ARE DIRECTLY DUE TO OUR OWN NEGLIGENCE – ARE SUBJECT TO A £10 CHARGE. THIS FEE IS INTENDED TO COVER ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES.

Any claim by you that any footwear is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by email or letter within 14 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 14 days after discovery or 30 days after dispatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

If you make a valid claim for a return, we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us.

If Your shoes are custom made, We will offer a full refund in the event that any product we sell to You is faulty. Additionally We will give You a full refund in the case that We send You shoes that differ from what You specified when placing Your order. In both of these cases, please return the items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If custom made shoes are returned to Us because of problems with the fit or any reason other than those stated above, We regret that We are unable to provide a refund unless we have made an error when making Your shoes, as custom made shoes are made specifically upon Your requirements and therefore not suitable for re-sale to other customers.
